FYI: West Seattle Farmers’ Market, one block north of its usual location

By the Post Office on the 4400 block of California SW, that is the northern terminus of the West Seattle Farmers’ Market, which has only been temporarily relocated today. The market used to move to its old location behind KeyBank on the third day of West Seattle Summer Fest, but this year the West Seattle Junction Association, which organizes the festival, is attempting something new: they dropped music on Sunday (which was usually sparsely attended anyway), allowing the market to remain on California SW, one block north. We went to the market administration booth to inquire about the vendor response, and they informed us that 46 vendors—just five fewer than usual—were present today. The hours remain the same, so finish up your shopping and snacking by 2 pm.
