Outside – between the garden fence and the mobile home entrance – is a table and chairs for outdoor dining.
According to rental website Spareroom, rents cost £790 a month – £266 more than the average UK rental price of £524 and the equivalent of London’s average £794.
But for the price all bills and WiFi are included.
Caravan requires a deposit of £911.53, which is the maximum legally allowed, equivalent to five weeks’ rent.
The minimum tenancy is one year – so buyers should be convinced that Caravan’s life is there for them before they sign the lease.
Caravan is open to individuals only, and allows students.
