A two-bed flat in the £65,000 market has been ridiculed for having bedsheets for curtains.

The seaside pad is just a stone’s throw from the popular seaside town of Cromer in posh Norfolk.

Being located above the kebab shop, it is also suitable for carrying till late at night.

But the cozy flat has some unusual touches that stunned the home hunters.

The main bedroom houses curtains of pink and white bedsheets pinned to window frames that are reminiscent of seaside candy sticks of rock.

However, the Box Room has no curtains at all—only a carrier bag hanging over the handle that can double as a bin bag.

The lounge appears to be being used as a temporary third bedroom – it has two beds.

And the tenants have even made homemade curtains—the gray ones are too small for a window—only covering two-thirds of the frame, meaning vacationers can catch an eye while strolling along the beach!

One home hunting local quipped: “Love fitted sheets to the contours of the curtains.”

Estate agents agree that the pad needs “some updates,” but it’s an absolute bargain for anyone looking for their first home.

The kitchen of the flat in Cromer, Norfolk looks messy with cleaning products everywhere and the washing machine door left open.

The landing is full of drying wash and paint tins and the cans are overflowing in the backyard but you have to give it to the tenants, they are making sure every inch of space is used well.

The property is on the market with Abbots Estate Agents and is advertised as rightmove,

The listing reads: “Purposely built first floor apartment just a stone’s throw from the oceanfront and a lively walk to the beach.

“For sale through the modern mode of auction.

“With the private entrance at the rear of the property, it offers lots of space.

“It needs some updating and is currently rented out.

“Stairway to first floor hallway, front sitting room, kitchen, shower room and two bedrooms.

And if you fancy fluttering at slot machines, you’re in luck, Leisureland Amusements is right next door!
